Privacy Policy
Summary: no account, advertising, analytics, tracking, network transmission, or cloud sync. Optional entries remain in private app storage until the user erases them.
1. Responsible entity and scope
This policy applies to ACE Creative Studio, package org.artofcreativeexpression.creativestudio, provided for Art of Creative Expression. Privacy questions may be sent to DeckerDeckerf5715e6@gmail.com.
2. Data processed locally
Optional prompt position, process notes, sprint choice, collaboration roles, checklist states, and idea-garden text are stored only in private app storage on the user's device.
3. Purposes
Local data is used only to restore the user's private creative workspace and display choices or progress selected by the user. The organization does not receive those entries.
4. Data not collected
The app does not collect accounts, names, email addresses, birth dates, photos, audio, contacts, location, device or advertising identifiers, payment information, health data, or usage analytics.
5. Permissions, SDKs, ads, and analytics
The app requests no camera, microphone, contacts, location, notification, or broad-storage permission. It contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, attribution, social-login, AI-training, or cloud-sync SDK.
6. Sharing, sale, and monetization
Art of Creative Expression does not receive, sell, rent, share, or monetize local workspace data because the app does not transmit it.
7. User-directed contact and export
Email contact and text export open another app only after the user chooses the action. The user selects the recipient and controls any transmission under that provider's terms.
8. Children and family safety
The app has no child account, public profile, social feed, messaging, precise location, targeted ads, or behavioral scoring. A responsible adult should supervise tools, materials, movement, and use by a child. Do not record sensitive child information.
9. Creative, safety, health, and education limits
Prompts are general educational inspiration. The app does not provide therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, academic assessment, legal advice, tool certification, emergency support, or guaranteed outcomes.
10. Retention
Local entries remain until the user edits them, erases the workspace, clears app storage, or uninstalls. Art of Creative Expression has no server copy.
11. Deletion and no-account status
Use Erase local workspace in Studio Info, Android's Clear storage control, or uninstall. There is no account and therefore no account-deletion request or URL.
12. Security and backup
Android application sandboxing helps protect local data. App backup is disabled to reduce unintended cloud copies. No device can be guaranteed completely secure.
13. User choices and policy changes
Every entry is optional and may be left blank. Export is optional and user initiated. Material changes will appear in a future app version and on this page with a revised effective date.
